Welcome to “Within Your Reach,” a website about the life and work of Bill Bottum.  Bill Bottum was the CEO of Townsend and Bottum, Inc. and the author of numerous writings about how to apply the Beatitudes of Christ in the world of business and everyday life.  Sadly, Bill passed away in 2005.  Shortly thereafter, his dear friends Dorothy Lenz (retired Congregational Minister), George SanFacon (retired Director of the Housing Facilities Department, University of Michigan), and Larry Spears (President & CEO of The Larry C. Spears Center for Servant-Leadership) began to gather and edit his writings with the hope of making them available to all those who wished to read them and could benefit from them.  We have self-published the book on Lulu and you may download it for free or purchase a printed copy at cost by clicking here.
